APA Launches Accounts Payable Association March 26, 2008 (SmartPros) The American Payroll Association has formed a new group for accounts payable professionals. The American Accounts Payable Association (AAPA) will provide training, publications, and other resources for accounts payable professionals, for both APA and AAPA members. The new professional association debuted its biweekly email newsletter, AP Journal Online, which is free to AP professionals who complete an online registration form.
